o 1 Pound Australian Goat Meat
o 1 Cinnamon Stick , 2 black cardamom, 4 green Cardamom , 1 mace
o 4 tbsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
o 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp pepper corns
o 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
o 1/2 tsp Hing / Asafoetida
o 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chili powder or 1 tbsp regular chili powder
o 1 tsp Dry Ginger powder
o 2 tsp Fennel seed powder
o 1/2 cup Thick Yogurt
o Salt to taste
o Required Water
For grinding
o 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
o 3 Green Cardamom
o few Saffron strands
Step 1
Pour ghee in a pressure cooker and add the whole spices
Step 2
Add the goat meat and cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
Add the masalas ,required salt ,Water and cook for 4 whistles or till meat is fully done. Once the meat is cooked completely turn off the heat. Our Rogan Josh is ready to be served hot with Naan or chapatti.
