o 2 beef eye round steaks, cut 1 inch thick
o Juice of 1 lime
o 1 teaspoon garlic powder
o 1 teaspoon cumin
o 1 teaspoon ground coriander
o 1 teaspoon salt
o 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Combine lime juice, salt, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, and coriander.
Trim off visible fat and place steaks in a resealable plastic bag.
Pour marinade over steaks, making sure to coat well and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once.
Preheat grill and remove steaks from marinade.
Place steaks on a hot grill and cook each side 4 to 5 minutes.
